28 Days to Freedom: The Framework for Self Discipline is a 4 week Program focused on challenging your mindset, helping you establish better habits, and ensuring you become an overall more self-disciplined person.

Week 1: Time Management & Organization

⌛️ This week covers two of my favorite topics: weaponizing time, and goal setting. I teach you how to create your personal schedule, identify achievable goals, stick to those goals, and organization methods which help you to stay focused and on the path to your personal success, whatever your goals are. Each day builds on one another, and on day 7 we pull everything together and learn how to create your "Master Plan" and stay on track.

Week 2: Mindset

🧠 Having a disciplined Mindset is the foundation for a good life. This week, we discover some key elements of building a fortified mind. We discuss establishing your mission in life, creating values and attributes to live by, and other principles to implement in order to master your mind, and stay in control of your greatest enemy: Yourself.

Week 3: Personal Finance Management

💰 Here, we learn various aspects of managing your personal finances. Budgeting, saving, cutting cost of living, and more. I teach you step by step how to accomplish these things, as well as provide methods to keep you on track and working towards your goals. On Day 7, we pull each of the topics together and see how to put them in motion as one overarching personal finance plan.

Week 4: Health & Fitness

💪🏽 The final week we go over the basics of health and fitness. We cover topics such as basic nutrition, meal prepping, Intermittent fasting, cardio, weight lifting, and more. It's an overview of how to live a healthy life, and stay fit.
